Only the civil liability relating to the organisation and coordination of the programmes is covered by the partners' insurance. All measures are taken to ensure that the contractors are themselves insured and directly responsible for any damage which occur to the participants as a result of the infrastructures and materials made available.
The client should on his turn insure or verify the individual insurance of its guests against accidents that could arise.
Each programme and budget (depending on the services required) will include clauses relating to insurance, deposits and cancellation fees due to weather conditions or other factors beyond the control of each party.
In the majority of cases, additional insurance options are available in the form of temporary extensions to your company contracts. We can only recommend that you discuss it with your broker or explicitly request the additional cover options from us.
